For UTE-USACH Corporation is an honor to again present in Liceo A 94, with director Alejandro Jara, his team and their teachers, with teachers Carola Orrego and Carolina Guzmán, with students from 8 th grade A and B and their families who have come to this degree, including Pablo Morales Piaggio parents. Submit this modest
Gregory Award Mimica, Yerko Montenegro Camilo Sánchez and Andrés Concha Arce, is a commitment to defending the memory in Chile.
Andres Bello is happy because revitalize solidarity, human rights, defense of democracy, justice and social consciousness.
I speak on behalf of Gregory Mime "martyr of the student movement in Chile and Latin America and globally.
This is also an award for environmental stewardship, the defense of human rights, the sportsmanship, the perseverance in the study, the Love for life, to joy.
Award is to peace, true reconciliation among Chileans.
human rights should be north of a coexistence, respect the right to think differently. And to build history, we know how to forgive, but the peace born of justice.
you who dream to get to college, know that the USACH, University of Santiago and had the predecessor to our joint venture, State Technical University. There
teachers, students and staff hicimops a major reform and chose 3 times Don Enrique Kirberg rector from 1968 to 1972.
gave President Salvador Allende resources for the joint venture to extend its work Benefactors almost the entire country
The joint venture signed an agreement with the Central Unica de Trabajadores and so workers and their children were able to study a profession without encalillarse as happens today. The joint venture led
culture to people, plants and the field. Quilapayún, Inti Illimani, Angel and Isabel Parra, Victor Jara, the Theatre Teknos or Teut, the choir UTE, the Mining Circus, toured the country and made to feel that art was for everyone.
For reasons and were willing to fight and die, as happened with Goyo Mimica.
It is terrible to say that your High School student, was killed and his body made to disappear in the furnaces of Metallurgy of the UTE.
His family received his body and could not bury him, so such crimes can not remain silent, to not repeat ever again in Chile, so that justice is done in this and other cases.
I am the son of a judge, kicked out of court, for daring to do justice, when many in Chile largely ignored, trampled and allowed the most heinous crimes.
But for judges to do justice, we must all support, so that Goyo Mimica shot, tortured, exiled, or defiled with blood Chile, do not go free and be judged.
This is a country can never again return to bomb the presidential palace, or poison a former president of the republic, as happened to Eduardo Frei.
We were lucky to survive to tell these facts to show them the finger, who do not clear on his face the color of murderers as "Victor Jara, joint venture partner, who 2 weeks ago Thousands of Chileans, watch and buried, singing, turning his funeral into celebration and joy
pain Try to be brave, if only for a moment as they were our joint venture partners Goyo Mimica and Victor Jara.
The Editorial Usach just published a book of Victor Jara and other Kirberg Henry Rector, supporting the right path to reclaim his work and thought and so we are proud.
In this farewell ceremony for the eighth grade, talk to your consciousness, because we must be vigilant throughout life, because that we have not just a memory, no less a lament.
And as the song goes, maybe tomorrow or the day after, or in some more time, the story I have heard again happen, so one should always be prepared to defend this democracy, our freedom and played for justice and for the needy.
You are not educated to become rich, nor to compete with others, but to help make Chile a happier country without poverty, because in our consciousness of young people trained in the joint venture or USACH, as you guys. at the Liceo de Goyo Mimica, shining love of fellow man. Viva el Liceo
Adresa Bello, Viva la UTE. Viva USACH

Thanks friend for this award has helped secure as a tribute to the Goyo.
for me has always been difficult to touch on the then immediately presented to me the evidence that in certain circumstances human beings are able to show their dark side and dark, showed the cruelty that they killed the life of that wonderful person who was our friend, we had the privilege of sharing part of his life and his ideals.
Tell the friends I'm with you in this moment, they receive my love and my memory as well not forgetting my friend martyr, neither do all those who shared.
At the same time I am happy because I feel that their sacrifice was not in vain, today pays tribute well deserved, as the value of His example, continues to radiate, not only those who had the fortune to know him but the current generation.
