Human Rights Master Class - Hernán Montealegre
The Director of the Liceo Andres Bello invited a Class lecture on Human Rights, which conducted the lawyer Hernán Montealegre, held on the elimination of racial discrimination, on the occasion of the inauguration of the School Year: 750 students attended.
